PHONE HOURS
We make every effort to man
the phones from 8AM to 4PM (Pacific Time), Monday through Friday. If you reach
our voice mail instead of a person, please leave a message, we may just be on
another line. Again, we will be happy to return calls left on our voice mail.
The FAX machine is available 24 hours a day-7 days a week.
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD,
DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS, but please don't email your credit card number
to us! Phone or FAX your order instead -- you can use this
handy form if you wish. We also accept payment via Paypal.
When placing an order without
an order form, please remember to include your name, shipping address, phone
number, and if using a charge card, your card number and expiration date. Please
allow up to four to six weeks for delivery. If you need something in a rush,
call for estimated delivery time.
All orders are payable
in U. S. Funds prior to shipment.

Shop hours are by appointment. We will
be happy to measure your dog, or have you stop by to shop, but we ask that you
call first for an appointment. You will need directions. Appointment times are
flexible.
CLUB DISCOUNTS
For information on club discounts, send
a note on club letterhead. Many gift items are suitable for trophies or prizes.
